Radiation Safety Lecture
Dr. Juan Carlos Flores gives a slide presentation on radiation safety. This includes a brief introduction of the physics of radiation and its effects on the body. With the use of current literature, Dr. Flores explains the biological dangers of both low dose and high dose radiation. He concludes by discussing proper guidelines to protect oneself and staff from unnecessary exposure.
