Pan – Exosomes for Regenerative Pain Interventions – Current Evidence

Dr. Jen-Li Pan discusses the current evidence for exosomes in regenerative pain interventions. Exosomes (the smallest known membrane-bound nanovesicles) can be an attractive therapy option compared to other cell therapies.

This is, in part, due to their ability to cross membranes, including the blood brain barrier. Exosomes can be used in nociceptive pain and neuropathic pain. Exosomes can be made in a variety of ways. Overall, exosomes can be a powerful tool for regenerative medicine.
