The Sacroiliac Joint
Dr. Ricardo Buenaventura demonstrates proper needle placement for an intra-articular injection of the sacroiliac joint. He also demonstrates how using a slight caudal and slight oblique tilt of the fluoroscope allows better visualization of the inferior SI joint than a standard A/P view.
