Endoscopic Discectomy
Dr. Baher Yanni demonstrates how to perform an L4-L5 endoscopic discectomy on a cadaver. He explains the “inside-outside” technique as well as the many fluoroscopic views needed to obtain the correct trajectory for the advancement of the dilating tubes and the endoscope. Dr. Yanni then inserts the endoscope and instruments to remove herniated portions of the annulus.
