Ultrasound And The Gel Bridge Technique
Dr. Chang Chien demonstrates how to create and utilize a ‘gel bridge’ with ultrasound, to better visualize structures of the knee, including the bursa. He then shows how this ‘gel bridge’ can be used for optimal needle placement into the bursa. He also gives a brief tutorial of several knee structures as seen under ultrasound.
