Good Afternoon,

In my personal experience I treated two patients with lumbar spine surgery. Neither one of them presented results.I didn’t utilize hyaluronidase, only 0.25% of bupivacaine + triamcinolona.

Do we use the same hyaluronadise as with the suplemented therapy of the knee articulation?
How many ml? Thank you for giving us this space.

Thank you for sending your question, utilization of hyaluronidase is very important, followed by 0.2% or 0.5% of ropivcaine with 10mg of dexametasone, and then followed by 10% of the hypertonic saline solution.

The hyaluronidase has to be 150UI, we use hyalenex, which comes in 150 units per mililiter in a box of 4 bottles. and it’s used for intraorbital ocular blocks.
