Dr. Andrea Trescot teaches students at Pain School International how to implant a spinal cord stimulator. She demonstrates how to advance the SCS lead through the introducer to obtain optimal positioning. She then explains how to implant the generator and how the SCS is programmed. The students then practice advancing a SCS introducer on a cadaver under fluoroscopy.

    how many layers do you close the midlune incision after stage 2 , permanet implant?

      I close in 2 to 3 layers, depending on the heaviness of the patient
