Sorry for the delay in responding. As we discussed at the meeting, the absolute indication for cryo is the treatment of large, myelinated nerves. Here is a copy of an article that I wrote on cryo, as well as Dropbox link for a cryo presentation that describes the clinical presentation and technique for many nerves. There are a few areas where one can use either RF or cryo, but I would need to know if the question relates to conventional or pulsed RF.
