Hi Andrea,
It was good to see you at the WIP meeting in Durban last month.
We have a few doctors here including Dr Oberholzer interested in doing Cryo techniques here in SA. Would you be able to indicate which procedures you prefer to do Cryo over RF as we would like to start promoting it here in SA.
I would appreciate any feedback you could give me, knowing your very busy travel schedule.

Sorry for the delay in responding. As we discussed at the meeting, the absolute indication for cryo is the treatment of large, myelinated nerves. Here is a copy of an article that I wrote on cryo, as well as Dropbox link for a cryo presentation that describes the clinical presentation and technique for many nerves. There are a few areas where one can use either RF or cryo, but I would need to know if the question relates to conventional or pulsed RF.
