      Whether performing a site specific ESI or Epidural Lysis of Adhesions, always remember who your Payers are . Medicare does not reimburse supplies (other than Medications) in your office. With your private carriers, you should consider incorporating costs into your contract. Payer contracts ARE negotiable!
