5% vs. 10% NaCl

      If a physician only has access to 5% NaCl, as opposed to 10%, can he or she expect similar results in terms of breaking down scar tissue?

        According the papers there is no statisticall difference between 0.9% salin and 10% salin.
        Also according to my experiences until now about the lysis procedure, you dont have big differences with the salin percentage you used. Infect if you increase the percentage you may have side effects more. Hypertonic salin has nothing to do for breaking down the scar tissue but 1500 U hylase has a major effect. Hypertyonic salin has anti edema effect.
        Of course volume effect has also a major importance if you have a run-off from the foramens.
