Dr Rubin trained with Dr Diwan at New York Presbyterian Hospital Cornell. He graduated in 2006. He has been in private practice on Long Island NY since 2008. He is the outgoing President of the New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and is a board member of the Nassau County Medical Society. He represents Nassau County as a delegate to Medical Society of the State of New York. He has been involved in the NY/NJ pain meeting as a co director and treasurer for the last 6 years.
